Milne Feeds was established in 1910 by William Henry Milne. In the 1940s, the business was passed on to his three sons: Alan, Orion and George.  Alan managed the company until his death in 1972, when his oldest son David took over as Managing Director. In 1987, the business was acquired by interests associated with Graham Laitt, the current Managing Director.

The Laitt family have been involved in agriculture in Western Australia for many years. Three of Mr Laitt’s children work in Milne AgriGroup, making Milne Feeds a truly WA family owned-and-operated company.
